X-Watch features two bands for whatever reason

What's with the fancy watches today? I mean, I agree that the trust old watch might be a little past its prime, but I'm not sure that reimagining it with a bunch of gimmicks is really what's needed. But hey, that's why I'm not a designer I guess. The X-Watch is a concept watch that features two intersecting bands. It has numbers all along it, and when they're lit up it corresponds to the time. There's also Braille involved, making it easier for the visually impaired to use it. Overall, it looks pretty out there and not something that would go with any of your clothes, but maybe if you're blind you don't care as much about such things.
