Looking good. A few technical details however.
1) If it is "heavy" cruiser, it supposed to be long range ship. The crew number should be significantly higher then on standard "Omega". Single gravity drum for crew recreation . If I remember correctly, in B5 some of terran battleships use two gravity drums, rotating in opposite direction.
2) As far as I can see, the ship is completely unarmed from upper front side. Rear turret is blocked by gravity drum, front turret is blocked by main hull.
Otherwise really impressive work.

Stonecold, thank you for your comments and remarks! As for your 1 remark - it is a heavy cruiser, but with minbari technolodgy of artificial gravity, rotating part is used for defense - anti-fighter cannons, rocket launchers, etc.
As for your second comment.... I have nothing to say - exept of those two plasma cannons and some small guns there's nothing... Well, this will be a weak point of my ship.
