The purplish ships...were they, perchance, influenced by the Minbari craft of Babylon 5? The color and the pattern is very similar to that of the White Star, and the design has certain similarities.

As the image states at the bottom - are from a model called the Alien Moth by Dan Sanchez. The model has nothing to do with B5. When I applied the textures, it just lended itself more to a bio feel. The actually design of the ships is more like a variation from a Shadow ships then anything else if you looking for a comparison. However, I know the creater was using his own imagination when creating the model which is really nice.
