The classic D-7 of the Klingon Empire-in this case the K'Tanga, as seen in Star Trek™: The Motion Picture. Matt Jeffries really outdid himself with this design-there's not a single bad angle from which to view the ship. And sometimes, ya just got to paint that photon torpedo build-up effect...



Image rendered in Lightwave 3D 8.1, and although I got close with some volumetric lighting effects, I ended up painting the photon torpedo build-up in Photoshop CS2.
