The planet looks great - Enterprise looks great, but your environmental lighting on Enterprise throws it off for me:

If the planet is in sunlight, Enterprise should be too. Also Match the direction of the Hemi lamp used for the "Earth-Glow" to match the planet's apparent position in the frame - that will help to better match up the hemi's specular reflections on Enterprise.

Otherwise, it's looking good, keep up the great blending!
