You've got a lot of bad geometry going on here, this could be a great picture if it weren't for all the bad polys and the armour intersecting other bits.
The armour also seems to be the wrong colour and lacking in the trade mark specularity that goes with being a stormtrooper.
I would suggest you look at scifi3d.com and see if you can find a stormtrooper you like there.

Could probably do with a sandtrooper one, or at least dust the textures up a bit. But really shiny white armour is a must, and some specular glow on the edges wouldn't hurt either. Tatooine is really, really bright.

You know I keep coming back to this image, I do like the scene its set, also think there is a fantastic opportunity for a caption competition on what the Storm chaps are saying to each other. Its a nice scene, technically can of course be improved, but thats why we post looking for advice on how to make things better 
Ok here's my idea on their conversation.
"So, is your uniform riding up your ass as far as mine is?!"
