Very nice, my only crit would be that the torpedoes are a bit big / perfect. Generally they are a little bit more squashed and no so crisp (motion blur maybe?)
Love the shield impact effect.

Really nice work as usual. The only thing I would change is the planet. It looks too flat/dull. Maybe tossing on a spec/subtle bump map would make it come alive.
