Hey Wiz,
Looks like you've got a nice start. I think the face itself may be a bit too extruded, though, at least from some of the close-up images of the model that I've seen.
I did miss this in the WIPs section, so thanks for posting here.

Thanks matey, his head matches to the reference I am using, it may just be the angle of the shot making it appear so
