Some might remember an earlier version of this which was set in the day time. I made this image as part of a video about climate change. At first it was just designed to be a test to see how realisticly I could make a city look as though it was flooded, but since it turned out pretty good I ended up animating it and putting it in the video. This is why a city that's far inland and unlikely to flood is featured.



All the effects were done in photoshop and the original image was a photo I took on a college trip last year.
