Love the concept of a space dock, or a space based ship assembly complex. Cool design. Alien world I assume?

It looks, a little bit, like EA technology in B5- perhaps a few decades before the show.
Please render a closer view from the other side - maybe with a starship in the dock... 
And - hey, the planet looks really fantastic

That's 
Definately does look like an Earth Alliance Spacedock, perhaps from around the era of the Dilgar war.
