Because she looks SOoooOOOOooo sad... You can see it in her... uhm... face.
The motion blur is nice. On the ship passing by I mean. Perhaps try and find a less generic model for the lady? And add some emotion. Emotion is good. Like tears... As in her candy was just taken...
