I'm sorry, this pic just doesn't work for me. The lighting seems off, the planets seem too bright, and rather badly anti-aliased,the square sun rather annoys me, and I don't particularly like the view of Serenity.

That picture of the sun is the real sun, blame the lens for the squareness. And I got the impression you didnt like it without the use of the sad face smiley.

I actually like it alot. It is a very good picture, I think you should have put in the flames for the side engines to make it a litle more authentic.

My only teeny tiny nit is that that top planet could use some smoothing around the edge closest to the sun, but that didn't really take away from my enjoyment of the image. Very nicely done.
