I wanted to make a lego brick from scratch, without using any of the existing models out on the web, accurate inside and out, even down to the logo, which is modelled not textured.

Only thing I was never happy with was the clear peice.

Pretty good. The studs look a little tall to me. I've use LDraw to make models. (www.ldraw.org) There is a lot of good LEGO Cad software out there.

I actually made a LEGO technic model and made all the bricks myself based on the models of the library of ldraw, so I had the right dimensions. It was lot's of work but also great fun!
Although I too was thinkin about modeling the lego logo, but finally decided against it, to spare my poor cpu *g*
