Noob question, Am I allowed to ask for help for a movie project?

I can work with 3dmax, but I am not good enough for what I need.

I am working on a project, Icarus Rising. (a non-profit movie, and 12 episodes.)
It is being created for webcast, as an artistic venture.

I do have a budget, but its only $35,000 for the total project...not much.

Im new here, and do not know if Im allowed to solicit animation help from members.
Any help on the guidelines for soliciting animation artists would be appreciated.

yes you're allowed to ask for help on projects, post it in the requests section

i could give you some advice, what sort of things do you want. here's a tip put lots of battles in your film, loads of fairly realistic cgi and a good plot.
